BCBC is still in its early stages and it is necessary to organise the Membership into the planned structure. Members are asked whether they want to take an active role and the response has been enthusiastic. Their ambitions range from Regional Manager to Abuse Monitoring. The Management structure is being progressively added to as fast as volunteers can be interviewed and approved.
