Who Runs it?
BCBC is a Company limited by guarantee and owned by the members. The Board Members, who prefer to be called Councilors or Committee Members, to emphasis that BCBC is run on strictly democratic lines, are derived from the Ad Hoc Working Party, reinforced by others co-opted to take advantage of their business and/or technical expertise. The Councilors are not paid, and the Constitution requires that some of the them retire at each Annual General Meeting.
